We are pleased to share with you that our Particella 232 Extra Brut Rive di Farrò 2020 will be on the Slow Wine guide 2022 for the Top Wine – Vino Slow category.
Top Wine which, in addition to having an excellent organoleptic quality, succeeds in condensing in the glass characters linked to territory, history and environment. The awarding of this symbol implies the absence of chemical weeding in the vineyards. The Slow Wine also meets the criterion of a good relationship between quality and price, taking into account when and where it was produced

Our winery has been assigned the “SNAIL” symbol. A symbol awarded to wineries for the way in which they interpret values – organoleptic, territorial and environmental – in harmony with Slow Food’s philosophy. Chiocciola wines also meet the criterion of a good relationship between quality and price, taking into account when and where they were produced)assigned to the wineries that have expressed an excellent quality for all the wines presented at the tasting.
