This oil has an intense, clear golden yellow colour. Its fragrance is fine and full with rich floral and vegetable notes and a clear hint of lavender, fresh greens, lettuce and artichoke. The flavour is powerful and complex with hints of wild vegetables and balsamic notes of mint, sage and rosemary.

FOOD PAIRINGS
Excellent with oval mushroom salads, steamed crustaceans, barley soups, first courses with molluscs, boiled fish, roast rabbit and fresh, stringy cheeses.
